Data Processing

1. Purpose of the Agreement

This Data Processing Agreement (DPA) specifies the conditions under which Virtual Agency AI undertakes to process personal data on behalf of its clients, in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

2. Commitments of the Processor

Virtual Agency AI undertakes to process data only for the purposes provided within the framework of its training and consultancy services:

• Processing in accordance with the client's documented instructions.
• Guarantee of confidentiality of personnel authorised for processing.
• Implementation of appropriate technical and organisational security measures.
• Assisting the client in meeting its own obligations (data subject rights, breach notifications).

3. Security and Confidentiality

We apply rigorous security protocols to prevent unauthorised access, alteration or loss of data:

• Encryption of data in transit (TLS/SSL).
• Regular backups and system redundancy.
• Strict access control limited only to personnel necessary for the execution of the mission.

4. Sub-processing

The Client authorises Virtual Agency AI to use sub-processors (hosting providers, SaaS management tools) for the execution of its services.

5. Disposal of Data

At the end of the contractual relationship, Virtual Agency AI undertakes, at the Client's discretion, to delete or return all processed personal data, unless there is a legal obligation to retain it.
